HFTEQ manufacturers a range of high accuracy test equipment for frequencies up to 1MHz, with voltages ranging from 100mV to 7.5kV, and currents from 1mA to 1A. These frequencies are beyond the range of most digital multimeters but still commonly found in power supplies and medical applications.

The HFTEQ range is based on a core rms measurement system with 0.1% accuracy up to 500kHz (0.5% up to 1MHz), adapted for many applications through the use of dividers and shunts which are carefully designed to preserve the flat frequency response without compensation.

Peak measurements are made through an innovative, dynamic and intrinsically accurate method that does not rely on the high speed characteristics of components such as diodes and capacitors.
